I hope everyone has a tasty and relaxing holiday. We are starting the long weekend with a trip to Vetri's Amis tonight. It is definitely a long overdue destination; hopefully it lives up to the Vetri name.
Also, don't forget to brine the turkey today, it will be totally worth it!
